Dwayne is the pastor in charge of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC that he founded in 2007. He is the director of pastoral care for the Acts 29 Network. In addition to pastoring Dwayne has a passion for equipping the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a part of the Biblical Counseling Coalition's Board. He has written numerous articles online and is a contributor to the Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Re-invent Your Life With God's eternal truth.
